Technology behind the scene

WizardBlast was started by me as a C++ based Win32/DirectX9 application many years ago. It was a project for my networking classes while I was studying at Wroclaw University of Technology.

When I decided to bring it back to life I chose to port it to XNA which is basically a DirectX with C#. This enables me to hone my skills in my primary programming language I use at my daytime work.

Below is a screenshot of a first graphical output I managed to get with XNA. A full level with a Sky Dome in the background.
